Panel Discussion on Global Student Movements

Venue: Humanities House, Manzanita Park, 684 Serra Street.

Host: Stanford Global Studies, which now offers a Global Studies Minor for undergraduates.

Panelists will take an in-depth look at the importance of student movements in Iran, Southern Africa, Latin America, and Spain, and how these movements go beyond borders in today's globalized world. Speakers include Abbas Milani, Director, Program on Iranian Studies; Jess Auerbach, PhD Candidate, Department of Anthropology; and Gabriela Badica, PhD Candidate, Department of Iberian and Latin American Cultures.
