Attack on Mosque in Quebec City

A mass shooting at a mosque in Quebec City has left six people dead and eight wounded. The targeted mosque is the Cultural Islamic Center of Quebec. A suspect has been apprehended. Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has labelled the episode a “terrorist attack on Muslims.” The incident is also notable for the erroneous reporting that soon followed on the shooting suspect's identity (that he was Moroccan) and the Prime Minister's response.
